Žiga Divjak: GEJM (closed)
PLEASE SHOW AN APPROPRIATE PROOF OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE RVT. SURGICAL OR FFP2 MASKS ARE MANDATORY.
People who have walked across half the world to escape wars, persecution, violence and destructive poverty have dubbed the last 100 kilometres of the way, the way that still separates them from the EU, the game.
The game has no rules, the laws don’t apply, police has unlimited powers, the violence is getting more brutal, the dangers are growing, the chances diminishing and the goal is slipping further and further away … Many try multiple times, twenty or thirty even: it has to succeed one time.
But the game ends fatally for many of them. According to the available data, around twenty persons have died on our borders so far.
The devised project titled The Game will look into the role and responsibility of Slovenia and its border politics for the lives and fates of the people in search for a better future.
