Mladi levi: THANKS FOR BEING HERE

Thanks for Being Here is an ode to the audience. It is a love letter from the Belgian theatre company Ontroerend Goed to the audience members who came to the theatre, bought tickets and bravely sat down on their seats to give their time to the creators, not knowing what was in store for them.
But don’t worry, Ontroerend Goed has over 20 years’ experience in creating interactive theatre for people who don’t like to participate. All that’s waiting for you is a big thank you and the view of the show and the performers from the audience’s perspective. You won’t be doing anything, yet you’ll still be part of it!
Ontroerend Goed, a group that fosters collective creativity and a sense of creative belonging among all those involved in the creation of a performance, is known for exactly that – inverting perspectives and creating situations that question the position of individuals in today’s world. Whether we like it or not, today our gaze will be divided between the stage and the platform, between the eyes and the cameras.
