Snježana Premuš: TIME IN A GLANCE – REPERTOIRE

Movement is a process that begins deep within the body, beyond the body’s intended codes and forms. We are faced with recognisable signs and their imperceptible emergences, which the performer and the spectator, each on their own side, follow in a space-time continuum.
This time, Snježana Premuš is working on a performance in the form of three etudes with a study group of younger dancers who joined her in her dance-somatic laboratories between 2020 and 2023.

Time In a Glance a longer term project that the artist develops together with invited artists in various presentation formats. It premiered as a dance installation in 2022 in collaboration with the Bunker Institute and toured to Zagreb in collaboration with Multimedijalna koliba (Multimedia Hut). In the same year, Premuš collaborated with Hana Vodeb to create a visual-documentary installation in partnership with the DUM Project Space, and co-directed and presented a short dance film of the same name as part of the 4th Evening of Dance Films at Kinoteka.
