NAKED STAGE, 14th International Improvisational Theatre Festival

November 21−25

Over the course of the last fourteen years, Naked Stage Festival has established itself as one of the most prominent festivals of improvisational theatre in Europe. A small but propulsive festival, Naked Stage is committed to supporting and developing a specific marginal genre of performing arts – theatre improvisation, through which it simultaneously explores models of collective creativity and community action. Naked Stage is opening up new areas and possibilities of theatre improvisation by intensely connecting international artists through performances, workshops and discussions. At the same time, it is a festival, popular with the audience, persistently enthralling with its suggestive humour and genuine connection of the participants which only improvisation can provide. This year, the Naked Stage will host improvisational masters from Lyon, Winnipeg, Berlin, Porovo, Prague, Kranj and Ljubljana, who will be seen by the audience from around the world.
